Exceptional
Liked: Fantastic host and accommodation! Perfect location and so clean. They had everything you would need (iron, hairdryer, kitchen items etc.) The welcome snacks basket was also so kind! We had such a lovely weekend stay!
Nice and quiet
Liked: Quiet location … Charlie’s Restaurant was delicious. It was great to have 3 bathrooms.
Disliked: Lockbox was “hiding” in plain sight inside entry of garage
Wonderful staff at the hotel in town. Apartment really needs to be better looked after and cleaned better too
Liked: Very important… the staff at the associated Wyatt Hotel were amazing; helping us manage recuperation for an injury we were dealing with. Very kind and very helpful indeed. I can thank them enough. The apartment: Good location for the harbour and day trips, without having to go through the Newport traffic! Nice area to be. You do need to pay for parking at most times. But spaces easy to find. No problem.
Disliked: The apartment itself was not very clean unfortunately. Cutlery, crockery, floors (particularly around tables / beds), kitchen draws… a bit dirty. Old food was left from prior guests in freezer, fridge, cupboards… just leftovers really. Flat smelt very strongly of bleach which we guess was used on the floors (still dust and hair under furniture). Really this could have been a great apartment otherwise.
