Disliked: I messaged the property repeatedly in booking.com and they never told me how to get in. they dont have parking although there are public car parks around. They said someone will meet you but they don't do that either. In the end, they left a paper on the door with a phone number which I had to waste money on an international call. They told me they whats app messaged me and from then on it was amazing For heavens sake, why wouldn't you tell me that all the times I asked. So frustrating, stressful and expensive. After receiving the message everything was wonderful. Easy to get in, highly responsive, amazing stay. Here's they key, check what's app!

Liked: Location is good at the top of Assisi right at the bus station. Sits right on top of Roman amphitheater and even our room had ruins within. Go to Nun Assisi Spa next door. Day pass is $75 and well worth it.
Disliked: Nice patio to enjoy garden, but no patio furniture. Had dust and cobwebs in the corners. AC almost non existent. Kitchen chairs from ikea wobbly. Only supplied 4 nespresso pods for coffee for 4 days and 2 people. You have to buy more at the store if you want but couldn’t find a store that stocked that size.
Liked: Comfortable and the bed was lovely
Disliked: The safe was broken and it kept making a noise, we could stop it and needed up removing it to the car park so we could sleep. The breakfast was very basic, the read rock hard, some fruit would have been nice.
