Angels at A Tua Casa
Liked: B&B A Tua Casa was spotless, lovely, extremely close to parking and St. Francis' Basilica and it truly felt like home. Anna and Davide were like angels posing as people. The sweetest and most gentle beings. I am so blessed to have stayed in their home and to have been graciously served breakfast by them. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I loved feeling like a local with a home to return to.
Disliked: I didn't like having to leave. When I come back, I will absolutely be reaching out to return to my little casa in Assisi!

Liked: Anna and Davide were wonderful hosts. The accomodation was and absolute gem in the town with great location. We had a really pleasant stay in very welcoming, spacious and comfortable room. The host were carring and happily helped when needed.. We highly recommend this accomodation.
I was most grateful for the option, for a relatively small fee, to be both picked up and returned to the train station
Liked: I wanted to visit the sites of St. Francis and St. Clare in Assisi. Their home is perfectly situated to enable this.

Liked: The Host Davide picked me up from the previous town, of course I paid as I had feet and therefore transport issues. Davide even knew just the right place for this tired pilgrim to start her walk into Assisi from, after needing to make changes to the route and plan due to blistered sore feet and not being able to walk on the actual St Francis trail. His helpful and easy going attitude with places of interest for the next day and a map along with a beautifully cooked breakfast next morning to start my day, plus a very early lift to Assisi Station the following morning was very much appreciated by me. This was a stunning place with well appointed furnishings too-just the right place to end my 10days pilgrimage in. It is right in the middle of Assisi but is so quiet and peaceful. Thank you Davide and Anna for your house of Peace and yes it did feel like your home was my home too.
Disliked: A minor thing to others, but I didn't like that my room was checked after one night. I didn't like that a few of my personal possessions were moved as I was a Pilgrim and some of my items had not been touched by others which was my plan and hope, until that day of checking my room and a little bit of cleaning I guess was done. They might not have seemed like they shouldn't be touched by others, but it was deeply important to me as I had bought them all the way from Australia for a specific purpose on the Pilgrimage and was disappointed that someone had picked them up/touched them to make my bed and replaced them, when I had already made my bed. I don't believe my room needed checking or even cleaning after one night. If I knew was room was going to be checked and my bed remade, I would have hidden those precious items on my bed so they wouldn't be touched by anyone but me. It was an energetic and spiritual thing and as I say disappointing.
