Liked: I liked how the last who owns it made us feel at home the minute we arrived.
Disliked: The shower was lovely but pooly designed
Our best stay in Italy so far!
Liked: Laura was amazing! She welcomed us in person, gave us keys and instructions for the place. This was one of the beautiful and well maintained places on our 16 day stay in Italy. Laura also suggested restaurants and local attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be recommending La Zappa Inglese to any of our friends who plan to visit Assisi!
Lovely location and excellent hostess
Liked: Laura was an excellent hostess. She always answered questions quickly and went out of her way to meet us at the property and offered to drive us to a taxi departure point as we left. The property was very comfortable and everything was available that we would want for a short stay & the location was ideal - central but away from noise and crowds.
Disliked: Nothing to add really. The kitchen area was small but we were not intending to cook so it did not matter!

Liked: Laura is the most generous and hospitable host. She is attractive to your needs at every step. Her breakfast spread is delicious ave creative. What a cozy and relaxing place to stay.

Liked: The only hard part was it was up a long flight of stairs from Pizza del Commune to the Apartment. I think it would be really helpful if the host made a little map showing the streets around the apartment so the guests can see how to easily get the different parts of the city from the apartment. It would be great if that map showed indicated a steep hill or staircase. Your guests would love that extra care! ❤️
Disliked: I loved this property! So awesome and clean and comfortable. The upstairs loft was fabulous! The Host was a HUGE help getting me a taxi late at night when I arrived. I was alone and a little scared because all the taxis were gone by then.
Charming character property with lovely views
Liked: Amazing views Charming Italian character property in the most beautiful town in Italy Welcoming host
Disliked: Difficult to locate the property but the owner kindly drove down to find us Unfortunately the temperatures were extremely high during our stay and the efficiency of the air conditioning in only one room was not sufficient Also be aware that the town is extremely hilly with hundreds of steps everywhere
