A wonderful short stay apartment

Liked: Recently updated. Everything was new. Great location with amazing views from the room. Excellent value for such a nice place.
It was okay
Liked: I liked that the property was kind of close to the bus station. That’s basically it. And even then it was a good 10 minute walk UP and DOWN hills.
Disliked: I did not like that the property (Deluxe Triple) was represented incorrectly in the images on Booking.com — it is very misleading that it shows a large two-story stay while in reality it was a single room that was quite cramped. I brought this up to the landlord and the landlord became very aggressive. I sent screen recordings and screenshots and he stated that he didn’t care because booking.com said there is no issue on the hosts side. I find that hard to believe. I also found an ant inside the apartment which I will add a video of.
Great modenr and clean apartment close to everything!
Liked: The apartment was immaculate. It was very easy to find and fairly well located. There was espresso and Biscot cookies upon arrival. For a small fee you can have room cleaned daily like a hotel. The layout was great and lots of space for a couple. Nice views off the balcony but cannot see the countryside due to other buildings in the way. Full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, cups, etc. Not that we cooked in but you could easily have a chef over.
Disliked: At several times during the day a local dog would bark continuously for 15 minutes straight. We expected lots of steps in Assisi but be warned carrying luggage there are a lot of steps or hills to the apartment. Not a negative just worth noting. No laundry facilities. We did 14 days in Roma first and would have loved a washer. Again not really a negative just worth noting. Most won't need to do laundry. The thermostat was what I disliked. It took me time to figure out how to set the temperature and no instructions. Again not really a negative. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Liked: Spacious, modern, beautiful. The communication with the property was great, they were always helpful and gave precise instructions for arrival.
Disliked: I dont have any bad comments
Liked: Beautiful, clean, and well-located accommodation in the center of Assisi.
