Fabulous
Perfect location, knowledgeable host, and a fabulous property; highly recommend
Liked: Everything! It is incredibly close to the bus station and an easy walk into the centre. Quiet, peaceful and very well kitted out.
Disliked: We couldn’t find a corkscrew, but other than that it is perfect!
Very very good
Liked: Great memories made in this charming house just minutes walk from the historic centre. Generous size and number of bedrooms for the price. Each level decorated in Italian taste invited us to explore. A treat for amateurs of Italian culture and Assisi, probably one of the few towns built in stone.
Disliked: -
Liked: Hospitality of the owner, very accommodating and perfect location very close to the main bus stop. Close to the churches though at the opposite end of St Francis but still walking distance. Close to the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Since the place has most of the amenities, like laundry machine, it would be nice if the soap is available. A microwave in the kitchen is a plus. Maybe put a note outside the main floor bathroom to watch out for the step.

Disliked: Two single mattresses on the beds instead of a large one which wasn’t great
Assisi is beautiful
Disliked: Our room was supposed to be ready by 3. Nothing had been cleaned. The host wouldn’t answer our calls or texts after he learned the property was not cleaned and it was not ready until 7PM. He then told us check out was at 12 and the cleaning woman was there at 11. When we contacted him regarding that he said it was a typo. He wouldn’t do anything to compensate our inconvenience. As nice as the property was I can’t say the same for customer service.
