Fabulous
Horrible experience…. No help!!! And people like me with legs and back problems no way to claim those stairs
Liked: I cancel and I did not stay.the 20 when to check the place and I realized was many stairs to claim to get to the entrance and the stairs no way to hold!!! Horrible …so I cancel and no person to talk
Disliked: Booking
Lovely stay, perfect location - central, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet
Liked: We loved the rooftop terrace where we got to have a delicious breakfast each morning. Seeing the domes of the basilicas, the bell towers and so many gorgeous rooftops was a treat - along with delicious baked goods and capuccinos!
Disliked: I didn't realize beforehand that there would be no host to greet us at the hotel. Once I understood this, we adjusted and it was just fine.
Liked: Great location, comfortable bed, shower, a little small Staff very friendly and good breakfast
A very pleasant hotel to stay in; we will definitely return
Liked: Central location; breakfast on terrace.
Disliked: I wasn't aware of the 77 steps going up to the apartment. I was aware of the 16 inside.
Beautiful hotel at a central location, close to all the sites
Liked: Comfort, Location, host, beautiful room with a terrace, great directions
Disliked: No room at their beautiful terrace for breakfast, so we had to eat inside.
