Very good
Ideal location. Historic setting
Liked: Breakfast was adequate. Could be improved by offering fruit. Staff were extremely helpful when we were faced with a medical problem. Thank you for your kindness
Liked: Location: Assisi as a whole is unique.
Good
Liked: Location at the top of Assisi was easy to walk and get to other places. We ended up in a room facing the restaurant and they changed us to another room after we requested, so it was nice they did. We had breakfast at the hotel which was convenient, simple, but good.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when we arrived after the check-in time. We had to take stairs to the room that was outside which I didn’t know because when I read the reviews and saw they had lift but apparently it’s not for all rooms.
Liked: The rooms are on the small side, but will suit you on a pilgrimage to Assisi.
Liked: location great! parking and bar that would be open late for aperitivo or night caps. A very great alternative if you go to Assisi. Close to everything - all walkable from this hotel!

Liked: Great location. Accommodating staff
Disliked: Beds (especially pillows) were really poor quality. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work at all in the room, even though it was running all the time.
