Exceptional
Wonderful, just need to plan for some upgrades to avoid some inconveniences
Liked: Good location, great room, very clean and comfortable, well decorated, everything is great, and the hosts are very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The only suggestion I have is to plan for upgrading the hot water tank size, since we run out of hot water and had to take a cold shower.
Nice if you don’t have issues to sleep with noise

Disliked: Nothing
Beautiful location on San Rufino square and very easy to access the whole of Assisi Lovely
Liked: lovely location clean and comfortable
Disliked: the noise of plumbing in the night is very disturbing
Liked: Beautiful room set above the square. Friendly welcome, great location and we were able to leave our bags.
Room as expected - breakfast beyond expectations!
Liked: The breakfast was very nice. Room was very comfortable but the bed was a little softer than we like, but we like a pretty firm mattress.
Disliked: Our private bathroom was across the hall, but we knew that when we booked.
