Exceptional
Liked: The place is lovely, with a fantastic view of Assisi and the surrounding hills. It's very clean, just a 6-minute drive from Assisi. The staff is friendly
Noisy room, unfriendly host and poor breakfast
Liked: The view, beds and pillows.
Disliked: The host was not kind or helpful, he wasn’t accommodating or available when we needed something. He didn’t offer any assistance or guidance about the area and he gave us a feeling that we weren’t welcome. We noticed he was kinder to Italians. The communication before arrival was very poor and he did not reply to many questions we had. Most disappointingly, and something that is not mentioned in the reviews, is that this accommodation is next to a very noisy main road! You think you go to an agriturismo for peace but this was not peaceful. We felt it was so expensive for what it offered. The breakfast was cake from the supermarket and not very nice at all. We could tell it wasn’t fresh. The breakfast was very disappointing.
