  Great location but not worth the price/service

  Liked: Fantastic location surrounded by nature and tranquility, only 10-15 min away from Assisi. The swimming pool is a game changer during the summer months when the weather is too hot. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils.. We had dinner at their restaurant which was great. The Staff and the owner are very nice.

  Disliked: The wi-fi was working stop-go, so if you plan to stay few days hoping to work or even just download/upload stuff forget about it. There is no air con in the apartment and only 1 fan: Italy has become extremely hot in the summer months, and it's not recent so not having air con or at least 2 fans it's not acceptable especially for the price of the room. The breakfast is not included in the price, which would be OK had it been worth the 10 euro per person they asked: there were numbered croissants (1 per guest) jam, ham, bread and strawberries and that's it (pic below). When another guest asked what was available the staff pointed at the table and said coffee and cappuccino were also available. Only when he demanded at least eggs he was told it could be arranged.

  Liked: Agriturismo da sogno immerso nel verde dell’Umbria a cinque minuti di macchina da Assisi. Camera spaziosa, rustica, tutto in pietra e pavimento in cotto. Molto bello

  Disliked: La colazione inizia un pochino tardi (8.30) e quando ci siamo accomodate (8.45) non era ancora pronta. Stavano ancora preparando. Rallenta un po’ tutto il ritmo della giornata

  Exceptional place and great value for money

  Liked: Fabulous location excellent views across the valley to Assisi. Spacious and lots of light and views from every room! The restaurant was excellent … pool great as it was hot.

  Disliked: Would be wonderful to have a few basics like tea and coffee provided for those of us who don’t travel with these basics.

  Great place to stay for Assisi and Umbria

  Liked: It is in a quiet location just across the valley from Assisi which we could see from the apartment. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with adequate cooking facilities for our 10 day stay. Silvia is a great host and Sebastian served up delicious food in the restaurant. I enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon sun.

  Escape from the city but rooms need more care

  Liked: Beautiful escape from the city, amazing view, swimming pool and very tasty dinner but very small portions of foods.

  Disliked: Dinner was so tasty but portion was enough hardly for women. Men must eat after dinner in the room. Uncomfy beds. The apartment needs more care and maintenance (broken handle in the shower, water in the shower doesn’t drain, bath plug doesn’t fit so we couldn’t have a bath). Unfortunatelly some insect in the room.
