We came to Benevento for religious reasons and having the comfort made it better

Liked: Our original room did not have a working air conditioner but once the staff became aware of this we were promptly moved to a room that did. The breakfast in the morning was comforting. All interactions were professional and kind. Thankyou

  Disliked: Nothing, it was great

The staff tried really hard to make it pleasant but its very basic compared to other accomodation

Liked: Location next to the river and near center or town and staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and had everything needed for one night. We had 2 rooms one was fine and the other terrible.

Disliked: The apartment was very spartan and stank of cigarette smoke. Was very dark and decor very utilitarian, not worth the money. It was expensive for the price.
