Liked: My room was newly renovated so it was fine.
Disliked: I was an hour later than expected and no one was there, 13:15. I didn't expect that and had trouble to make contact. Then the room that I was asigned was in another building on another street. It turned out OK, but it waisted time and nerves.

Liked: Nice room close to station but...
Disliked: As others have mentioned the owner/ manager doesn't speak any English at all and is rather curt. Despite messaging my time of arrival there was no one to let me in. Had to wait 20mins in the rain and heat to enter. Really not a good start to my trip. They look after luggage after check out but again had to wait a short time to retrieve it causing stress about the possibility of missing my train. I suggest a hiring a more professional management team to run it.
Liked: Absolutely amazing stay here! Such a gorgeous small apartment. Also a great location for walking through the city.

Disliked: The staff was terrible and extremely rude, he almost fought me because I said the room wasn’t clean and the room was so tiny can’t even breathe properly
Liked: Location is about 6-7 minutes walk to train station and also accessible to buses if you want to go around the city proper (downtown), but we peferred walking instead. Clean and comfortable with friendly accommodating staff.
Disliked: I may suggest that the host has to maintain also a clean microwave, for guests who want to warm food. Have a water cooker and cups for guests who want to drink warm water in the morning and maybe few plates for warming food in microwave.:-)
