Fabulous
Good location, very convenient stay
Liked: Close to the train station, walking distance to the city center - great for short stays. Clear self-checkin instructions. The host allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier, which was great since we didn't have to search for a place to store bags. Everything was clean and neat, with a good connection that allowed me to work for the whole day.
Disliked: No notes.

A clean but overpriced apartment near the train station in Bologna
Liked: The apartment was located near the train station which made it convenient for us. While there is parking available, you have to reserve it beforehand. In our case, it was not available because it was occupied.
Disliked: On the lower side of the bathroom wall there is a square hole that is partially covered by an uneven piece of wood, that looks unprofessional, temporary, and just sloppy. You would not expect to find such things when paying over €160 per night.

Liked: Very close to train station; close and easy walk to city centre. Basic breakfast provisions.
Disliked: Although there was a coffee pod machine in the room, there was no kettle in the room (for making tea) - not a big deal.
