Exceptional
Don’t bother
Liked: Jacuzzi was nice
Disliked: They made me pay extra fees that weren’t listed on the booked after I had payed my non refundable!!! Don’t book this. Couldn’t connect the projector to Netflix even tho those are features that are listed. When I asked the owner they said they knew it didn’t work. Made up a lot of “house rules” that are only sent after booking… including video surveillance and cleaning fees! There are so many light switches you never know what controls what.
Don't miss this place
Liked: Very nice apartment. Fully equipped, even more than necessary. The part of the apartment where the jacuzzi is located is a small spa in itself. A beautiful view of the old part of Bologna. pretty close to everything and well connected. Best accommodation so far after many stays in this beautiful city. Now I know where I will always return
Disliked: Everything was perfect
Superb
Liked: Great location, very friendly and responsive owner, a lot of indoor services
Disliked: The apartment should be cleaner, but they were in process of replacement of the cleaners, so the problem should be solved now...
Great stay in a fabulous apartment!
Liked: Loved the jacuzzi and the home cinema features.
Disliked: Some of the technology was difficult to work/faulty. But Vittorio was very responsive and able to help with this straight away.
If the owner maintains the property better for guests it would be nice but it was not a fun place to have so many issues
Liked: Very spacious and the host was friendly and helpful where he could be.
Disliked: Jacuzzi tub pipes were not attached and it ended up flooding the apartment when we drained it. It seems as if the property was not prepared for renting and there was not enough towels, the WiFi didn’t work most of the time. There wasn’t much amenities available and it was unfortunate that nothing really worked in the apartment.
Exceptional
Liked: It was a big pleasure to stay in that appartment.
