Exceptional
One of the best places to stop
Liked: The apartments was so clean and neat, Maria and Luiji were so polite and kind with explanations, we’ve got all responses immediately and assisting with routes, one of the best decisions we’ve made in Bologna was to choose you

Spacious and quiet place downtown Bologna
Liked: Located in the historical center of Bologna. This was our fourth visit to the town and we knew the neighborhood a bit. There are many nice restaurants and cafes close by. All main tourist attractions as well. The apartment itself is in a small quiet street with views to two sides. It’s very spacious; well decorated and with large windows. To be honest, I have never seen any place cleaner than this. Exceptional. Maria (the host) is super friendly and helpful. You can also leave your luggage there after checkout.

City Break in Bologna
Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful hostess, very kind and helpful.
Liked: Maria is a wonderful host. She is very attentive, welcoming, and was genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Communication before arrival was smooth and easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a couple of special requests, including dietary requirements and everything was arranged for us which was really appreciated. The place itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed during a stay. Everything functioned perfectly. The location is also excellent, it is very central and everything is within easy reach. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again! Thanks again to Maria and her team!
Disliked: This is not something we disliked or something that bothered us, but rather something future guests may want to consider. As shown in the photos, both the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, so the accommodation may not be ideal for people with difficulty climbing stairs.
We stayed here for three nights and we would recommend staying there to anyone as the place was nice and clean and airy
Liked: The location was excellent and Maria the hostess and her family were very nice friendly people who welcomed us and accommodated us very well throughout our stay there
Disliked: My only concern was with not having a sink in the kitchenette area to get water for the teas and coffee We had to get this from the bathroom upstairs which was not too much trouble but would be nice to have this in there
Bologna center best choice
Liked: The B&B is very beautifully decorated with an art taste... it's cleanness on a top level, as the food in the fridge for breakfast, in total Maria is there for you to have the Bologna filing (if you ask she has recommendations for everything, even without asking). From the B&B everything you need to see and visit is in a walking distance... We were very satisfied with everything, and trust me we have seen a lot of accommodations via Booking and this is one of the best one out there... and definitely the best choice for Bologna
