Fabulous
All staff, from the front desk, to bar and restaurant, and even the cleaners, were so friendly
Liked: The staff went above and beyond to deliver superb service to myself and my son during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone took genuine pride in wanting to do everything they could to put customer service first. The hotel itself is excellent for facilities and cleanliness, but its service and staff make it by far the best hotel ive stayed at.
Disliked: If it were a little closer to the town centre, it would have been perfect,,but taxis were readily available and easy to get.
Disliked: There was a sewage smell in the bathroom.
Liked: Very clean, spacious, and worth it—I would give it 5 stars.
Absolutely best place if you travel with the car!!!
Liked: Staff is fantastic. Services are on point.
Disliked: The sound proofing was not the best, we could hear people dropping staff in the other rooms, but it didn't disturbed us much.
Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms are not cleaned well.
