Exceptional
Very nice and comfortable stay
Liked: Everything was great.
Disliked: Badly indicated on Google map weirdly enough. The two big fans and the small one are unfortunately not enough in case of high temperatures (above 35).
Had a lovely, comfortable stay in this little apartment. The host on hand if needed
Liked: Central location & yet quiet! Had everything we needed & an ideal base to explore Bologna & surrounding area.Supermarket 5mins away. Lovely view from window too.
Good
Liked: A very nice clean studio apartment situated in a safe area and close to the city centre.
We had an amazing time and can’t recommend this place enough!
Liked: The host was exceptional! The location was amazing for the price and the bed was comfortable.
Poor communication. Poor support to reported problems (wifi, drain)
Liked: Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Lift to get up to 2/F (although it was not running a full day). Spacious and airy.
Disliked: We were not told what apartment to ring to pick up the keys - we were just llucky that the daughter was at the gate when we got there so she helped us in. The wifi did not work 2 of the 3 days we were there. The water in the bathtub did not drain properly while showering - we reported this but no action was taken. The bed is a mattress on a sofa bed, so the metals were unsafe as you leave or get on the bed.
Superb
Liked: The apartments are located very close to the city center, but in a very quiet area, clean and comfortable. The hostess is friendly and ready to help with advice on how and where to have a good time.
