Liked: Sabrina is a wonderful, attentive host. Easy communcation and small details in the apartment make a real difference
Lovely apartment and great city marred by the host not simply apologising about a mistake she’d made
Liked: This was a spacious apartment that provided everything we needed for a three day stay. It was comfortable and a great space to explore Bologna.
Disliked: On a final day, we found ourselves in a situation not of our making. When we arrived, Sabrina guided us into the first parking spot near the entrance, number 3. On our final day, we returned to find the space occupied and had to park our car in a space adjacent to the space allocated to us. We shortly found ourselves embroiled in an animated discussion with 4 lots of neighbours, one of whom banged on our window to call us out of the apartment. Sabrina arrived and claimed that we had been allocated a space 50 yards away that we were unaware of and continued to claim that we had never allocated the original dot, despite the fact that she had personally guided us into it on our arrival. Being reasonable, we moved the car to the alternative space. But Sabrina’s management of this situation left us disappointed as we had an unpleasant dispute on our hands with the neighbours and were basically accused of lying about the parking space in front of a number of people.
Liked: Very cozy, clean and comfortable. The owner came to greet us personally and was very welcoming. We chose the apartment because it's close to the airport, quiet surroundings in a residential neighborhood. Was just right for our purpose.

Liked: Great host, who went the extra mile for us. Easy on site private parking. Reasonable bus service into the city centre.

Liked: Sabina the owner was lovely and so helpful as was her husband.They could not do enough to help and called a taxi for me to the airport.Sabina provided a welcome basket and a complimentary bottle of local wine. Apartment is really lovely and spotlessly clean. I was a solo traveller but apartment is big and ideal for a couple. It is quite near the airport so perfect location for that and also if you dont want to be in the centre of Bologna it is ideal.You can take a taxi or bus to the centre. There are local restaurants nearby and I had a lovely meal and also there is a Cafe nearby which was nice to experience local Italian life. I stayed in two other places in Bologna before but this was by far the nicest. I wish Sabina all the best and if I am in Bologna again will stay there. I highly recommend apartment.
