Liked: - Great location in a quiet street very close to the city's train station and main attractions. - Very spacious and modern bathroom with openable window. - Good breakfast with both savoury and sweet options. - Easy access and great communication with all the staff.
Liked: Galleria Residence was one of the cleanest, most beautiful, and most welcoming places we stayed at during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Everything was first-class, from the cleanliness and facilities to the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The residence is family-run, and you can truly feel the care, warmth, and hospitality that go into making guests feel comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. One particularly wonderful gesture deserves special mention. I mistakenly thought I had booked breakfast for all our rooms, but later realised that breakfast was not included in one of them. Despite this, the host kindly provided breakfast for us without charging anything extra. This level of generosity and hospitality really made our stay special. And the breakfast itself was exceptional! It was delicious, generous, and prepared with great care. The complimentary snacks were another lovely touch that made us feel even more welcome. The cleanliness was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and every aspect of the residence reflected a high standard of quality. It was not just a place to stay; it genuinely felt like a home away from home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Galleria Residence to everyone, including families with children, couples, solo travellers, and anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent facilities, and genuine hospitality. A truly outstanding experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back! 🥇🥇🥇
