  Wonderful staff who made my short stay memorable

  Liked: Very welcoming and helpful staff, beautifully appointed room and so quiet!

  Disliked: Lots of stairs, not an issue for me but this would not be a suitable property for travellers with mobility challenges

  Very price for a basic pensione style experience

  Liked: Location is good for exploring Bologna

  Disliked: Fairly soulless rooms, although spacious and uncomfortable bed and pillows. No real reception or staff to interact with other than brief on arrival or departure. We had issues with our arrival time.
