  Liked: Close to the train station

  Disliked: My experience here was extremely disappointing. I spent hours trying to access the apartment. At first, I thought I was at the correct location, but then the host told me to go to another address 3 km away. Since I had two suitcases and a bag with me, I had no choice but to take a taxi. When I arrived at the second location, the host then said I was at the wrong place, which meant I wasted €15 for nothing. After that, I couldn’t find a taxi or an Uber to go back to the original location, so I had to walk 3 km for almost an hour carrying two suitcases. The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. You have to do multiple steps such as taking a photo of your passport, typing your passport number, entering your personal details, taking another photo of your passport again, taking a selfie, and paying an extra €6.50 as a “city tax.” Even after completing all of that, you are still expected to make a video call to prove that you are the guest. Once I finally got inside, I realized the heating was locked at 18°C and could not be increased. However, there was actually no heat at all. I tried to turn on the heating and increase the temperature, but only the owner could do it remotely. I literally froze until the morning. There is an air conditioner, but it is questionable whether it actually heats properly. On top of that, the blanket on the bed was very thin, so I had to sleep wearing thermal clothes. I genuinely do not understand why this place costs €120 per night. If I had known it would be like this, I would have paid €50 more and stayed in a proper franchise hotel. I don’t think this place offers any real value to the customer.

  Perfectly situated and comfortable

  Liked: Loved this accomodation. Fantastic location right near Bologna station (right on the doorstep pretty much!). It’s a quick walk into the city centre and other beautiful spots. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We really liked the design of the place. It was extremely comfortable. Fantastic bed, shower pressure, wifi, kitchen and blackout curtains. The washing machine was a huge perk (you may need to buy some of your own washing detergent for it).

  Shame on these people

  Liked: Just outside the train station

  Disliked: Garage of approximately 25 square meters transformed in apartment. Very small, uncomfortable, full of flies and ants(see the pics attached). They are literally everywhere- in the shower cabin, the kitchen and even the bed! Be careful before booking, the agency asks for selfies or video calls AFTER you book and you pay. Who knows where they are going to use the data later on. the other weird thing was that they have two internet lines, probably to spy on the guests. I can’t think of any other reason. Shame on this “agency”.

  Very nice place to stay

  Liked: Very good location next to the railway station, enough space for 2 people. Bed is comfy, shower is working fine, air conditioning is a life saver. Also, it’s possible to cook, you have all the needed equipment, but we didn’t use it, only coffee:) Thank you Federica for being online with us when we could not find the correct gate ❤️
