Guest reviews
Good
Despite teenager "protests", loved the city and small, charming hotel
Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Felt safe, quiet and comfortable
Disliked: nothing
A good hotel and very friendly staff!
Liked: Everyone lovely, good breakfast and very friendly! Easy to check in and they waited up for me as my flight was late in. Location was a little far from the town but a nice walk in and I had expected this when booking. The terrace is a lovely touch!!
Disliked: The building is a little older so sound does travel so would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
We enjoyed the experience
Liked: It was convenient to the center of the city
Historic location
Pretty Ceiling, Worst Bed
Liked: The ceiling frescoes
Disliked: Hated the bathroom lay out with the shower, modt uncomfortable bed wr have ever slept in (we almost left) and the brunette woman at the front desk was unhelpful. The cleaning cart was also always in the hallway, blocking it and looking unprofessional.
Great choice in Bologna Centro
Liked: Everything was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No issues at all
