Exceptional
Disliked: some smell in room breakfast was basic
Liked: Staff very helpful with parking arrangements and storing bags. Friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great - perfect for a stay in the centre of Bologna.
Charming small hotel. What sets it apart is the wonderful staff
Liked: Reception staff were particularly pleasant and helpful - with restaurant recommendations, directions, and addressing an error I'd made when I reserved.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small, but we knew that in advance. Not a problem.
Great location with a rooftop bar that has 360 view

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the main historic attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat. The rooftop bar has a really good view of Bologna and definitely worth a visit to watch the sun set.
