Disliked: I wish to submit a formal complaint regarding our stay at Independenta Luxury Arts, in the Piazza Maggiore apartment, from 29 September to 12 October 2026. The apartment was misleadingly described, particularly regarding its complete lack of direct natural daylight. Several advertised amenities were also missing. In addition, the bathroom and living room were flooded on two separate occasions due to a faulty water heater. The property's response to our subsequent complaint was unsatisfactory. I request Booking.com's intervention and a refund of one-third of the total amount paid. The full complaint, detailing all the issues, is too long to fit in this form. Please advise how I can submit the complete complaint and supporting evidence for formal review. Please register this as a formal complaint and confirm receipt in writing.

Great central location for stay in Bologna
Liked: Very convenient location for what we were after in Bologna. Didn't realize it was just about in the center of things with lots of shops and restaurants around. Using the keypad to get in was easy and didn't have to remember where the keys were, etc.
Nice stay in a good location
Liked: Spacious. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated having Netflix. Very responsive manager.

Great location and quiet apartment
Liked: The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a great location, within walking distance of tourist attractions and the train station. Check-in was easy, and the host thoughtfully provided water, milk, juice, and butter in the fridge.
Disliked: One small disappointment was that we stayed for three nights, but only two mornings’ worth of coffee capsules were provided.
