Exceptional
Liked: I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-appointed, featuring a highly comfortable, modern bed. Furthermore, the location is ideal. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Bologna and would highly recommend this property to others.🥰🤩😍
Disliked: Nothing!!!
It was okey
Liked: The free minibar and snacks were a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the small magnet souvenirs and the welcome card. The location is excellent, right next to Central. The room is newly furnished, with everything feeling fresh and modern.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Separate shampoo and conditioner would also have made the shower more comfortable, as the combined product left my hair tangled. Noise and light from neighbouring rooms can be heard clearly, which may disturb light sleepers. Finally, a fitted bedsheet with elastic corners would help keep the sheet in place throughout the night.
Liked: A very clean, spacious nice room close to the train station. The host was very good at responding to messages and very helpful!! The room had everything we needed!!
Disliked: Nothing
Perfect for business travelers who need flexibility around catching a train at Bologna Centrale
Liked: The self check-in was very convenient - but travelers need to look closely at the main entrance number as it can be confusing especially if they're coming in from a long and exhausting journey. I really appreciated the free mini-bar with drinks for two people and a bag of chips. Alessio was extremely helpful! (I understand that I didn't get a reply from him when I was at the door as my flight arrived at around midnight)
Disliked: I was extremely tired and sleepy when I got in at around midnight so I spent 5 minutes looking for the main entrance. Since it's in a huge mixed-use building with multiple entrances and separate units, I was too confused from my long travel that I didn't immediately see the building number - guests should know that it's at number 15 and that the entrance is a glass door with a metal frame. The property should include a clear picture of the exact main entrance at the building instead of the Google Map Street View picture as it's difficult to tell which one especially if the guest is coming in from a very long and tiring journey.
Liked: The host responded very quickly and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage early and check in ahead of time. The location is extremely convenient, just steps from the train station. Highly recommended!
Location to train station was good Room was a little small
Liked: Location to the train station
Disliked: Felt a bit uncomfortable when leaving and returning to the accommodation Didn't feel very safe outside the hotel
