Disliked: Restaurant, Limited choices
Convenient location, spacious room, but nothing special
Liked: Room was large. Proximity to Bologna Centrale train station was convenient.
Disliked: Décor felt a bit tired for a hotel of this class. Bathroom had a strong and unpleasant odor.
Uneventful
Liked: It was okay, nothing to right home about.
Disliked: I didn't like having to leave my key at the front desk everytime we left the building. Only one pillow per person and the bed were way too soft, it made for a horrible sleep. It was only one day so it was doable.
I needed a room close to the station to help catch an early morning train. It did the job
Liked: Great location for the railway station. For a three star it provided a reasonable breakfast that was included in my room rate.
Disliked: I found the room very stark and if my stay had been longer than one night I would have found it very unwelcoming coming back at the end of the day.
Liked: Close to station and easy to walk to centre. Decent size room with a sofa.
Disliked: In need of complete renovation. Bed low and uncomfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No glasses for water, reception gave us plastic cups. Shower cubicle small and unclean. Breakfast poor and unhelpful staff.
Liked: most things were only ok breakfast was good.
Disliked: what was not was the room maintenance. only half the lights working,no plug for the washbasin, no tissues in the dispenser, safe locked closed, no glasses in the room and we asked for 2 were given the cheapest smallest plastic possible having said that it was still ok just. it was not cheap. clearly being run down.
