Fabulous
Communication, service and clean design grazie mille!
Liked: Service and clean design
Disliked: All good
Disappointed
Liked: Location was noisy but within walking distance to the cental. Bath towels were a nice size.
Disliked: We never met the owner. Self check in never worked but we did get our roon through the kindness of his neighbour who was able to phone him, to get the code to get the keys. We didn't have internet for almost the whole day. He should have been there to greet us. Our room didn't look like this picture. The room smelled musty and we couldn't get the coffee maker to work.
Amazing experience
Liked: Very clean and nice room in an excellent location. Owner was very accommodating re check in and check out time and provided extra items like water and coffee for free. Comfty and clena bed and amenities.
Liked: Owner was nice, the room was clean, well equipped for short stay
Disliked: It was a bit cold because Bolognese council doesnt let heating above certain degrees.
Fair and quite place in the centre
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Little bit old and basic, need some redecoration
Liked: The location is very convenient, and the photos are accurate. The hostess was very helpful, and I felt safe during my stay. The room and bed are basic but comfortable.
