Exceptional
Loved the location! Would stay here again
Liked: Great location! Great communication! Comfortable bed
Disliked: Maybe could use a couple more towels and a ottoman
Loved the location & apartment. Would have given 10 starts if the bedroom was darker & AC cooler when sleeping
Liked: It had everything we needed & felt like our home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious & well supplied bathrooms.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a room darkening blind in the bedroom upstairs as the window faced the very bright well lite stairwell, felt like a light was on in the room. We had to purchase eye coverings the next day to get a better nights sleep with darkness! The AC didn’t seem to go cooler than 22.5 even though we were shown to keep it set to 16.5. It was a fine temperature during the day but would have been nice to have it a bit cooler when sleeping (even 20) I woke in the night to feeling warm several times to see that the thermostat saying 23.9, which I thought it would get cooler in the evening & not warmer.
Wonderful apartment and location that I would highly recommend!
Liked: Fantastic location. Beautiful design. Very comfortable. It had everything you might need. Excellent grocery store a few steps away. Staff was very responsive.

A stunning apartment in the heart of Bologna, just off the Piazza. With an amazing sauna!
Liked: What a spectacular place to stay! A spacious, comfortable apartment where every detail was considered. We especially loved the sauna in the room, what a luxury! We will be back. Thank you!
Disliked: Maybe instructions for the sauna - it was very easy to use but some people may not give it a try without instructions!
A lovely flat in the city centre
Liked: Couldn’t be better location. Easy access to the flat. Welcoming entrance hall. Handy luggage room. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed.
Liked: Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location.
