Liked: I really liked the room and the location. The food was very delicious, the rooms are very clean and the staff were all polite and helpful. The lobby area is very beautiful and you feel calm and relaxed.

Liked: Food in the restaurant is very good and the pool is amazing. We were looking for a relaxing vibe away from the city, so the hotel is retired enough for us to feel good, the green areas all around the hotel make the vibe.
Disliked: Service, it's not proactive at all. A few examples: There was a wedding during our stay, and service just completely dropped for guests because of this (which shouldn't happened in a "congress hotel" since these events are not a surprised and there should be ready for it). That night nobody was answering the phone from room service, the bar had a sign that said "bar is closed, if anything ask the staff in the pool bar" (not literal) and the pool was closed! It took us close to half an hour to get service (and we just wanted two coca colas). These are just some examples, more happened and not only on the day of the wedding but also on the rest of the days - and we nobody would even apologize for leaving us hanging. Beware of the bus service on Sundays, it's very limited (from and to Bologna). The bedroom area is quite old school and cold, A/C is very noisy and if the room next door is occupied, everything will shake every time their door closes. I went to the gym one morning and it smelled like a storage room, when I found spiderwebs in the running machine I just left and never went back.
