Liked: Great responsive host, large, clean apartment, located on the edge of the city center so it was close to everything, but peaceful at night.

Wonderful, authentic place in the heart of Bologna

Liked: Everything was perfect - location, facilities, the comfort of bed. But the best thing was the owner who was absolutely fantastic - the kindest person I have ever met when it comes to rental properties. Grazie millle Guido!

Clean and comfortable in central location and very helpful and caring owner

Liked: Guido was extremely caring and helpful. Helped us book into a restaurant for a special birthday. Very convenient location. Room clean and comfortable with good bed and shower and the lift was handy.

Disliked: All good but we didn’t use kitchen facilities so can’t comment.

  Residence near Piazza Maggiore

Liked: The house just perfect for couples. So close to Piazza Maggiore, restaurants, shopping etc. About 20 minutes walk to the Bologna Centrale. The apartment also has elevator but our apartment at the first floor, so we used stairs a lot. And the host Mr. Capucci is friendly and quick to reply to any message and questions.

  Disliked: Nothing
