Helpful staff
Liked: Amazing staff at check in. I accidentally left a rucksack in the taxi. The guy rang the taxi company and arranged for it to be dropped off. A very stressful time sorted - thank you. Nice outside space. Comfortable, clean and spacious.
Disliked: No sockets, had to ask for an adapter.
Liked: The managers were helpful but finding the property which was across the street was not as well coordinated.
Wonderful apartments. Would stay again 100%
Liked: Great location a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. Responsive staff. Our hairdryer was broken and they delivered a brand new one within ten minutes. Fantastic value for the amount of space.
Disliked: Almost no counter space in the kitchen. Tile floors were a little chilly on our feet. A few rugs would have warmed up the space, both visually and literally.
Liked: Location & clean Appartment
Disliked: Getting taxi to train station was painful. Staff was supposed to coordinate for us but the taxi never showed up at 0715. I had to go with Uber backup

Liked: Reception across the road where you can store luggage. Friendly helpful advice. Huge apartment with everything you would need and close to lots of great restaurants.
Disliked: Long flight of stairs but not unexpected in Italy.
Comfortable, clean, well appointed in a great location. Unfortunately unable to use the lift in the building
Liked: Very comfortable and clean. Well appointed and only a few minutes walk from the best parts of Bologna.
Disliked: Very disappointed that the lift is unavailable to use. Unfortunately the question asked on the Booking.com site about the availability of a lift has been superseded. We have difficulty climbing stairs with our (medium sized) suitcases and would not have booked if we had known. However it was a good stay in all other aspects.

The reception is available across the street at Via Marsala 8 (door bell Studio Vita) from 9am until 7pm.
