Fabulous
Great location
Liked: Fantastic staff - attentive and helpful. Clean rooms and fabulous location.
Disliked: I felt the images were a little misleading, as I had expected to be able to sit in the cloister, perhaps relaxing with a book or a coffee in the morning. I was lucky enough to be shown this special area, but it is certainly not accessible in the way that perhaps the images imply.
Bologna
Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean with free toiletries and the shower had good pressure. There was a fridge with unlimited water bottles to have for free. You could leave your bags in a locked storeroom before and after check-out.
Disliked: There were 3 flights of stairs but it was ok for me

Liked: close to old part of town everything close by. church adjacent is beautiful. just do not pick this place if ur driving. driving in this part of town is horrible. many wrong turns and idk if i accumulated fines.

Liked: Very quiet but also perfectly central location. Cleanliness. Water bottles provided. Kettle in the room. Staff.
Disliked: The bed linens could have been crisp. There seemed to be laundry powder residue.
