Exceptional
Bologna a Lively and Wonderful City
Liked: The room was a bright and well lit with all the facilities needed by a traveller. The beds were very good and comfortable. The hotel was a good 25 minutes walking distance to the city center (ca. 1.7km). The breakfast was good and with enough variety. The breakfast room was friendly with enough places. The hotel parking garage was right next to the hotel (EUR 15 per night).

Best of Florence
Liked: The staff was always present and always friendly. Some mornings, I was able to have pleasant conversations with them and they provided excellent advice for places to see while there. The room was excellent, I had a view of the beautiful city streets. One of the best aspects was the rooftop view, you could see so many different parts of the city high up.
Disliked: I was in a number of different hotels throughout Italy during 2 weeks, and this hotel beat them all. There is nothing I didn't like.
