    Adequate

Liked: Basic room. Italy is expensive for accommodation and this place was normal for that. I think 55 euros for a small room off season. But this seems to be standard all over italy. … breakfast was included … friendly staff

Disliked: Modern and functional. Price a bit high

Liked: Location, lovely setting, nice staff

Disliked: West was quoted as "total price" did not include the so-called "tassa di soggiorno". Must tiene in Italy have this but it's included in the price on booking.com in my experience.

Lovely old building - accommodation disappointing

Liked: The Original Villa building, its gardens & the restaurant were beautiful 🤩. We found a good Osteria in walking distance 👍.

Disliked: The whole building was locked down when we arrived, with no staff on site!! - via another guest we had to complete a self-check in! The driveway up to the building - was overgrown, & uneven for a motorcycle. I had contacted the accommodation, asking if the restaurant would be open on the 1st night of stay - no response. We actually stayed in, what possibly could have once been an old barn shaped conversion (box). The rooms could have been anywhere - nothing special, very basic, as described 😭. Flies/bugs on all the windows - even though no windows were open (when we arrived)!! The hairdryer packed up 1/2 way through during my hair. We had planned on staying 2 nights - so disappointed, we left after one night.

    Great experience

Liked: The Villa lies in a beautiful garden, close to bus stops to get into town, there is local walking along the parks on the river side. Exceptional staff and very clean rooms, new bathrooms.

Liked: The location was easy to access, the room was clean and set up neatly. Bathroom very nice, bed comfortable.

Disliked: Except for the baked goods, the breakfast was uninspiring. I didn't see any fresh fruit. There were 2 kinds of boxed cereal but no granola, dried fruits or nuts. The breakfast area was clean with fresh linen.
