  Very nice room. Excellent support from hosts

  Liked: There was a common coffee area with really good coffee, water bottles and snacks. Not used to common areas but this was fine. Coffee machine was awesome.

  Disliked: Hard to find the property. Very busy area. If you are from US and have a phone it is hard to connect. Once we connected the parking was solved and all else was good.

  Well thought out property with good amenities and a great location

  Liked: Very responsive staff. Great location to Old Town and the train station. We drove and parking was easy to navigate to as it is directly below the property. The South Tyrol Guest Pass offered by the property was nice and allowed us to use the regional train and buses without additional costs. The property had a common area where complimentary water, coffee and snacks were provided. A PIN was provided which meant we didn’t have to keep up with a key when we left for the day. Well thought out property and amenities. I don’t drive an electric vehicle but all parking spaces appeared to be set up for charging.

  Great Place to Stay

  Liked: We had a really nice stay at ADV Home, hosted by Andrea. The room isn’t huge, but the layout is very practical and well thought out, so it actually felt quite comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent, which was great for getting a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was very well designed, with a large shower, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The Dyson hair dryer was a nice bonus, too. We also really liked the fully automatic roller shutters on the windows — very convenient, especially when you want to sleep in. There isn’t breakfast, but there is a common area outside the rooms with unlimited chilled bottled water and a good selection of packaged snacks. This was surprisingly useful for us, especially with a busy travel schedule when we didn’t always have time to get breakfast or go shopping. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to the center of Bolzano, but far enough away from the busy areas that it stays quiet. Andrea was very friendly and especially helpful with our luggage transfer arrangements. He helped us figure out the logistics, which made things much easier. Overall, we thought the price was very reasonable for what we got. If we come back to Bolzano, we would happily stay here again.

  PERFECT!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at ADV Home in Bolzano. Everything was perfect: the room was fantastic, modern, exceptionally comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring Bolzano. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend ADV Home!

  Perfect accomodation when visiting Bolzano

  Liked: Great welcome, despite our late arrival at 24:00. The room was large for 2 persons, quiet, and very clean. We found the bed very comfortable. We liked the coffee/thee machine and all kinds of cookies in the shared coffee bar. Very short walking distance to the tourist spots.
