Liked: The location was good for all local hikes and transportation.
Disliked: The place would be great for one night, ok for two, not so good for three and we were there for six, do you see where this is heading?. Absolutely no kitchen utensils at all, one saucepan, one frying pan, not even a decent knife to cut bread. In six days we had no cleaner,which wouldn't be too bad if there were cleaning products and equipment we could use to do it ourselves but there wasn't even a dustpan and brush. Outside there are some very powerful spotlights shining over the street that also light up the apartment like Hiroshima... because the curtains don't cover the windows, that's great if you want to read a book but not so great if you want to sleep. I could go on but all I will say is buyer beware.

Liked: Location and access to keys Communication with personnel was ok
Disliked: Super dirty everywhere, shower was grimy, kitchen sticky and utensils worn and dirty. Apartment not cozy, extremely low value for money, dust everywhere and poor quality furniture. Beds half broken, worn out mattresses and low quality sheets, had to find the (dirty!!!) duvets ourselves because the bed only had the sheet and pillows on. No extra pillow-cases for extra pillows. Ventilation in the bathroom is broken. No proper cleaning supplies, just dish soap and a sponge for surfaces. Lift/elevator is tiny, a slightly bigger pram would not have fit at all and the apartment is on the second floor. Turism tax not included in the (very steep) price. Indication on the door to "turn off the electricity when leaving the apartment" but no indication exactly what/where and we were defenitely NOT going to touch the mains switch with no proper explanation.

Liked: The appartment has potential with its location, view and the size of the rooms.
Disliked: Overall, the appartment is in a bad state,any things not working or overused. For example: There was mold in the shower, the guest bed in the kitchen-living room felt like it was about to fall apart, and the exterior blinds didn't work. There wasn't a basic supply of kitchen cleaning products, and some of the dishes were still dirty and wet.
