  Literally health hazard. Horrible experience

  Liked: Literally health hazard. The property was found to be in an uninhabitable, unsanitary, and severely degraded condition that rendered it impossible to occupy. The main issues rendering the property unlivable include: 1. Sanitation & Health Hazards: Active water overflow in the shower causing flooding, dirty shower facilities, rotting food left behind by previous guests, and an active fly infestation. 2. Property Misrepresentation & Dilapidation: Widespread stains on furniture (sofa) and walls, peeling plaster, broken fixtures, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and inadequate furnishings (a stained ironing board provided in place of the advertised balcony table). 3. Lack of Basic Privacy & Security: Missing window coverings/curtains and complete lack of basic wall insulation/soundproofing.

  Disliked: The bathroom was pathetic.Water kept coming from the shower, although it was fixed, it was coming and the bathroom got wet. The AC was not working fully. So uncomfortable and not cool in this hot weather.

  Disliked: Limit for warm water our group 4 people the last one who take a shower got cold water and first night we can’t connect apartment wifi and in the bathroom. Soap just only for wash your hand when you take a shower must open the door to take it or use your own we book for 4 person but got 3 chairs

  Pretty good considering other options, but not the greatest

  Liked: Easy self check-in, love that! Location was very good, close to center but on a pretty quiet street at night. Staff responded in time through WhatsApp, apartment pretty ok but lacks some stuff.

  Disliked: Apartment needs drapes that you can see through during day time, has only the ones that make complete darkness so you need artificial light during day time unless you want everyone in the building in front to see you. Internet wasn't working but after talking to them and doing a reset it did, we found the door opened one day though they said nobody was there, nothing was taken but that was odd, we definitely locked it and they have cameras they can check, was probably the maid but we didn't have daily cleaning. The room could use more cleaning after each customer, the table was filthy, someone ate some oily fish on it and we had to wash it... We lacked some of those recycling bags and never got proper ones also they didn't say exactly where you can take your plastic and paper trash with and dump it into recycling bins, we had to look ourselves on the streets, a little map wouldn't hurt. Otherwise no complaints other that apartments in this area are way too expensive, in other countries you can get a 4 stars hotel with a pool and free breakfast for far less... A kitchen towel could be useful too and good nightstands, and the black mold in the bathroom needs a good anti mold spray. Apartment seems pretty newly renovated but other guests weren't so careful with it walls.
