  Looking forward to returning after improvements

  Liked: Great room size, comfortable bed and loads of pillows. Super kind to prepare a baby bed free of charge even without having requested it. Great drop-off zone, table, map to private bathroom, Toilet, sink and shower in the private bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bathroom was super cosy warm. Accessing the apartment worked perfectly and the instructions video was helpful. Communication with personnel was amazing, excellent customer service and accessibility via phone number. Really looking forward to visiting again as soon as improvements are made against high humidity!

  Disliked: All parts of iron in the bathroom (even the hairdryer!!) were rusting due to high humidity, and the walls had traces of mould. The main corridor and bathroom have too little ventilation and smell of mould due to high humidity from using the bathrooms/showers, could be easily solved with a pipe to the outside so hopefully it will change in the future! Room itself was a little cold with no extra blankets in case of cold nights, nor heating that could be turned up. Main lighting was dim, made better by turning on the many extra lamps. Breakfast (not included in our booking but provided nevertheless?) consisted of few prepackaged products by good quality brands.

  Liked: Good location.

  Disliked: It smelled very bad. The shower stall is rotten. There are no building numbers on the outside so difficult to identify the correct entrance. There are no dishes or cutlery. The only water source is in the bathroom. Description indicates a bath...no bath available.

  Liked: It was quite spacious regardless of the fact it was only one room, we weren’t crammed on top of each other, our beds were comfortable and clean, the toilet was clean, we only had a microwave and a fridge and a kettle, so no stove if people planned on cooking but we had bought chicken and wraps from the supermarket which was super close, bus stop and train station was rly near walking distance so was very helpful for us, overall was a great stay loved it
