Amazing Stay! Will come back again!

Liked: Super close to Interspa - there is a big shopping mall nearby with free parking for 2 hours which is fab! Great apartment, pretty quiet and right next to an apple orchard! The hosts were super helpful in details of parking and getting the keys to the apartment! You do have to leave/pay tourist tax as extra when you leave as that is not included in the main cost of the room!

  Disliked: Nothing!

What could have been nice turned into a nightmare

Liked: The appartement was clean and having a parking place IS great AT Bolzano.

Disliked: The balcony didn't have any chairs to lie down comfortably nor th kitchen had a modern coffee machine. My son was playing with a soccer ball that fell into the common area playground. By the time we went down to fetch it, the ball had been stolen. I actually chose this apartment because of the pool, so I could spend time with my 20-month old baby. The pool was greenish upon arrival, and despite my message, it turned completely green, like the grass, and was full of algae. At departure, I was blamed for having burned out a lamp, but in fact, my 9-year-old had simply turned it off because it was overheating in the room. A room where I was not sleeping in! Both my children could have died! Some of the electrical appliances in the main bedroom are unsafe and could pose a risk to your life. Be careful and go at your own risk.

  Pleasing and confortable

Liked: Everything was amazing, even the services that the house has, cleaning and drying machines, big fridge, super clean, beds very confortable. Super nice, if we can we will come back!

Disliked: The only thing that the house is missing is a microwave, only thing! The rest is perfect.
