  Liked: The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

  Disliked: On the day of our arrival, the wellness area was unfortunately out of order. We were informed it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn’t, and we ended up paying extra without benefit.

  Great stop during long drive!

  Liked: Spa amenities were great and breakfast was fantastic! Parking garage was a great add!

  A fantastic suite and wonderfully accommodating hospitality

  Liked: We were given a fantastic suite with a balcony where we could sit in the evening. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was especially spacious, and having an elevator was much appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor facilities included a pool. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We declined the parking garage because of our van’s dimensions, and they kindly allowed us to park by reception instead. The hotel was easy to find.

  Disliked: We did not find any restaurants nearby, so planning dinner ahead is helpful. We would recommend eating before arriving. This is simply something to keep in mind and did not detract from our lovely stay.

  Lovely hotel short distance from town centre. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast

  Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a large range of choices. Rooms were comfortable and well presented. This hotel gives you the Bozen card /pass which means you have free access to transport on the buses, cable cars etc. Made exploring the area so easy. Would highly recommend this hotel.
