  Great place to stay if you speak Italian /German

  Liked: The breakfast was wonderful! The restaurant is very nice as well. The property is cozy but well-appointed. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. And there was a lovely balcony as well. There is an underground garage with direct access to the hotel.

  Disliked: There wasn’t anyone dedicated to the reception so it wasn’t easy to get general help. I had to walk over to the tourist office for ideas about what to do in the area. Also only one person spoke English. I think most of the tourists speak Italian or German.

  Excellence to a T!

  Liked: Everything was perfect: from the initial greeting, to the warm and attentive staff. The room, the balcony, the comfort and the cleanliness and to top it off the scrumptious breakfast and the AMAZING dinner.

  Excellent hotel in S Tyrol

  Liked: Excellent location with a wonderful view. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The linens and shower were both top drawer!

  Definitely will go there again!

  Liked: Staffs were amazing, very respectful people, caring and nice. Always making sure you are comfortable there. Their foods were all home made, delicious and generous, among best food we had in Italy. 1000% recommended.

  Disliked: Since it was warm during our stay in the summer, we needed to keep the window open, which meant some noise from the street and their nearby restaurant carried in. It would be wonderful if there were a way to reduce this.

  Amazing experience

  Liked: Amazing experience. Stayed in the winter. Snowy Dolomites are seen from the window and balcony. Great pool and sauna. Everything super clean.
