  Liked: Nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment in a great location. The staff was friendly, informative, and accommodating.

  Brilliant

  Liked: The property is 300 years old and oozes charm and character. The w.c is seperate from the bathroom and we like that. The location is excellent next to the Whalter platz and its shopping arcade and just a 10 minute easy flat walk from the main train station, 10/15 minutes from bus and cable car stations. The check in is easy and our receptionist was friendly, helpful and kind, everything you would want. Our flat was on the 2nd floor and NOT served by the lift but the stairs are easy and short. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped with enough pans plates etc. There is a 2 ring induction hob but no oven. A big bonus is this property is part of the süd Tyroll guest pass scheme so we got 2 free travel passe for cable car, trains and buses saving us over 100€. A really lovely place to explore and discover Sûd Tyroll.

  Disliked: It may seem petty but there was no toaster or microwave and given there was only a 2 ring hob in a self catering apartment, these would have been helpful and would have then received a 10 instead of a 9.

  Liked: We booked Residence Fink Central because reliable internet was essential for work. Unfortunately, neither the internet nor the television worked upon arrival. We reported the issues immediately and gave the property the opportunity to resolve them, but there was still no working internet by the following day. As a result, we were forced to leave after one night and find alternative accommodation. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered, and communication from management was virtually non-existent. We were also concerned by maintenance and safety issues within the property. After extensive correspondence, Booking.com eventually provided a refund. Based on our experience or booking.com, I cannot recommend this property, especially for guests who depend on reliable internet access and responsive customer service.

  Comfortable stay in classic old style renovated spacious room

  Liked: Keyless entry to building and room. Beautiful building close to underground parking. Room spacious and beautiful vaulted and large bed. Fairly new laid out with authentic nice table and chairs. Downstairs café and restaurant with covered outdoor eating.

  Disliked: The central corridor can be noisy and curtains ( thin cotton) do not keep out the light very well. Room quite hot even when all heating is closed off. You can open wimdow(s) but it will let in more noise
