  love my time staying at Stay Cooper

  Liked: size of the room, cleanliness, near the city center/train station.

  Disliked: the fact they don't have elevator is unimaginable. considering that many tourists are going to Bolzano with many suitcases/bags, they need to consider adding a connection with proper elevator.

  Liked: The location was great being in the Old Town, close to attractions and only a short walk from the railway station. Although not luxurious, the studio was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. I would happily stay there again.

  Unfortunately the mattress felt more like a hamock, it was not very clean, and extremely loud

  Great Location, but Disappointing

  Liked: The location was great. The electronic key system was convinient.

  Disliked: There is no lift. The washing machine’s spin cycle was very weak, and our clothes didn’t dry even after two days. There were a lot of small flies in the room. There are no staff members on-site. There is an office nearby but its opening hours are limited, so it’s not possible to leave your luggage early in the morning. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

  Liked: Good location but there were 50 stairs to our second floor unit

  Disliked: Seemed very budget. The stairs where a real pain with luggage.
