Would recommended and would stay here again

Liked: Great location- close to shops, restaurants and beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, spacious and even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The one bedroom was a bit warm, but otherwise beautiful space. If you’re carrying a lot of luggage it’s a bit difficult as it’s located in the walking zone of town.

Great experience - will definitely come again

Liked: The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, the location was very convenient for my purposes. I will definitely stay in the same hotel when I come again. I was on a business trip and stayed alone, but the apartment could easily accomodate 3 to 4 people, so it is well suitable for a family stay, too.

Beware NO AC! Customer support poor

Liked: The location cannot be beat. Very convenient. The apartment was clean. Adequate dishwear, full size fridge.

Disliked: No AC which was not clear upon booking. I would have never stayed somewhere without AC in Aug-early Sept. customer service not available by phone and they didn’t answer the chats very timely. We did find laundry but don’t use instructions on app for apt. We had taken our clothes to a laundry because couldn’t find and only had short window to do laundry.

Terrible experience, not worth the money!

  Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: The room did not have an AC! Even as it came up when searching for rooms with AC. What further emphasized perception of it having an AC was the hotel site that had pictures and guidance to operate the AC. Highly misleading. With the +40 celcius degrees and the building being very old it was unhabitable. The heath and stale air were unbearable. We could not stay even a night in there. We gained no compensation from the hotel and had to seek additional place to stay for 1600 euros. It is ourageous to even think about renting a place with these conditions for about 1200 euros without an AC and suggest to your customers cold towels. I cannot reccomendate this place or business. You do not get what you pay for. I suggest to read peoples comments. If I had, I would have steered clear. Seems like they have a habbit of giving poor experience.
