  The Loft That Stole Our Hearts (And Probably Our Future Holiday Plans)

  Liked: Absolutely stunning apartment, great size and perfect location for seeing the dolomites. The apartment is close enough to the prettiest part of town, shops, train station and bus station. Couldn't have found a better place.

  Disliked: It was really hot in Bolzano the week we came and whilst the aircon works to cool the room just enough, it would be great if it was a bit more powerful.

  Liked: Nice decor, big space.

  Disliked: You have to collect keys then are sent a code for entry at the allotted check-in so not possible to get in early. The bed sags in the middle, they need a new one. The bathroom is glass so if the shades are open the apartment across from you look straight into the apartment, which is uncomfortable. The cleaner needs to dust top shelves and remove the rubbish left in the shower caddy. The key to get into the door is difficult to use. The kitchen is missing a chopping board.

  Well located and equipped

  Liked: Well located, super clean and comfortable. Plenty of empty spaces to put luggage and personal stuff. Equipped with coffee, tea, washing machine and dishwasher capsules. Super comfortable sofa-bed, it feels like a bed. Balcony with an amazing view and fresh air.

  Disliked: Just a recommendation when comparing prices: it is good to consider that this apartment doesn't include garage (nearby is around is €3,6 to €3,9 hour) neither the sudtirol mobile card (to take funicular and train, about €21 x person), while other hotels do.

  Gateway to the Dolomites

  Liked: Located within 5 minute walk to the city centre, market area, and shopping area. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the train station and bus terminal. Buses take you to Ortisei and the Dolomites towns like S.Christina and Selva.

  Disliked: Nothing. Suggestion: Those who stay longer could be given a free day pass valid for the duration of their stay.

  Pricy, air conditioning and shower drain not working, no parking, very incovenient check in/out

  Liked: It is a modern apartment with nice furniture and in a good location for walking around the city center.

  Disliked: The air conditioning was not working properly, it was very hot inside the apartment. The shower drain was not working properly and it caused a mess in the bathroom. The checkin is extremely inconvenient you have to pick up and return the keys to different location, just makes you waste time and carry your bags up and down unnecessarily. At last, they list as if they have parking space, but they don't, they just offer you a discount at the city's parking lot which is quite far from the room. To summarize, this was extremely expensive and offered very little in return, I would never stay in it again.
