  Liked: The staff at the office were friendly. The accommodation is located in the old town, a 10-minute walk(with luggage) from the train station. My room was a suitable size for two people and included a small kitchen and air conditioning; there is also an elevator.

  Disliked: I would suggest checking the kitchen equipment—the knife I had was dull, and there was no cutting board (I checked every drawer in the kitchen). Some of the lights didn't work, but since I only stayed for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

  Liked: Staff were super responsive and helpful. Location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bolzano. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: Minor gripes, but worth adressing to make the stay a 10. The WiFi was pretty poor, and kept cutting out, as such you couldn't use any of the smart TVs to log in to any apps, so rendered them useless which was a shame. We had our small child with us, so would have been nice to watch a film with a glass of wine after they were in bed. Also, the electric hob was frustrating, only being compatable with certain pans, and not the main frying pan.

  The perfect place to stay in Bolzano

  Liked: The location was perfect. The apartment was also perfect. It was clean. It was stocked and everything we needed. The key code worked amazingly well.

  Disliked: The only thing I can think of is, if you didn’t have international Cellphone data then you would not be able to use the key code app.

  Liked: Location was close to town with plenty of restaurants nearby, but needed to carry luggage a fair distance from the closest public parking garage.

  Disliked: Not comfortable and it was missing practical details, particularly in the loft bedroom and bathroom - e.g. no clothes storage rack or hangers, not even a toilet roll holder in the bathroom (which is very basic). The upstairs bed was hard and uncomfortable. The downstairs bathroom smelled smoky from the fan. The showers were cramped. Thin walls and lots of noise from surrounding apartments. Not value for money - it was expensive and the photos look nice, but not comfortable.
