  Great location

Liked: Loved the cleanliness, size of place was large for our needs, rooftop was beautiful to enjoy, the whole building was designed well. Parking is an extra fee per day.

Disliked: A little dark at the coffee bar in room, needed a small light or lamp.

  Excellent apartment with wonderful hosts

Liked: the apartment is fantastic with a fantastic kitchen, Paolo the owner is super friendly and the location is quite good not too far away from the center. The equipment in the kitchen is of good quality and netflix worked very well.

Disliked: I did not like the registration website for the check-in. but the owner was quite understanding and all went fine at the end.

  Fair overnight stay in Bolzano

Liked: A nice room to stay for the night. It was comfortable, air conditioned (which was very much needed) and had everything I needed. A minibar was available with some drinks and snacks. The view from the rooftop terrace is not to be missed.

Disliked: At one point one of the members of staff walked in whilst I was about to take a shower and naked. There was no knock to warn of her arrival so it was a bit of a shock!

Very relaxing spa experience for maximum recovery

Liked: Well conditioned room (day and night) Very relaxing spa area Super comfortable beds (best sleep we had in a while) Small but sufficiently equipped cooking area The finnish sauna is clean and the iceball Aufguss makes it very special

Disliked: Many things are addons and its not always clear what is/isnt free (e.g. salt in the pantry) minibar items take up fridge space - a vending machine in the basement might be better? Lighting on Bacony is either too bright or too dark for a balcony evening dinner/wine

Good to know

We do not have a traditional reception desk, because we believe that true luxury is freedom.

The freedom to arrive whenever you prefer, to experience your holiday at your own pace, and to choose each day whether to focus on exploration, sports, or simply relaxation.

Wellness Smart Suites is designed for those who appreciate privacy, contemporary design, and authentic experiences.

Here, you can start your day with a workout in our fitness room, head out on a bike ride towards the Dolomites, stroll through the vineyards surrounding Bolzano, or treat yourself to a few hours of wellness in the sauna and relaxation area.

At sunset, the panoramic rooftop terrace becomes a favorite spot for our guests—a space to slow down, breathe, and let yourself be enchanted by the colors of the mountains.

We have embraced technology to make your stay even more seamless, without ever sacrificing the value of human connection. That is why our digital assistant is always complemented by the presence of Massira and Paolo, ready to help you with advice, suggestions, and personalized assistance.
