Comfort, Hospitality, and Convenience
Liked: This was my second stay at Annama Coliving, and it felt just as welcoming as the first time. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are truly outstanding, always making sure guests feel at home. The facilities have everything one might need for a comfortable and easy stay. The location is excellent – close to a metro station, yet set in a quiet and very clean area. I’m happy to return here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Liked: Anama Coliving is a unique and thoughtfully designed accommodation located in a quiet, residential area of Brescia. Housed in a beautiful, historic villa, the building itself has its romantic charm, while the interior has been tastefully modernized and refurbished. Everything is maintained with care and attention. The location is convenient — just a few metro stops from the city center, with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or a bit of local life, you'll find the neighborhood ideal. The concept of Anama Coliving caters well to both introverts and extroverts. Some rooms, like mine (Room 12), come with a private kitchenette and bathroom, offering full independence. Other rooms share a truly impressive communal kitchen — as well-equipped as a professional restaurant’s — and a stylish common area where guests can connect, cook, or relax together. These areas, of course, are available to anyone. Room 12, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful rooms in the villa. It features a lovely balcony, a modern and elegant bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, cutlery, sink. The room itself is spacious and well-furnished, with a particularly comfortable large double bed. Access to the accommodation is smooth and secure, managed through an app or key card. Although all the practical information is provided online ahead of time, I was warmly welcomed in person by Gaia on my arrival day. She told me that she was available for anything I might need during my stay — a personal touch that was much appreciated. I can wholeheartedly recommend Anama Coliving to anyone visiting Brescia. Excellent, regardless of the rest of your trip, you'll be happy you reserved a room here
Liked: Beautiful building and grounds, decent location for groceries, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable beds, great AC which is really nice in Italy in the summer.
Disliked: As with many places in Europe, the passageways for cars are incredibly tight as is the parking garage, but the latter I would at least fit our small SUV into. Not a lot of late night options for food or drinks.
