Exceptional
Liked: Great staff
Liked: Very nice family owned hotel. People who care about your experience as a guest! I felt welcome and comfortable
Convenient location and comfortable beds
Liked: Great location, convenient parking behind the hotel for only €5/night, the lady at the reception was very kind to give us another room that didn’t face the main street (noise) and that room was much nicer and somewhat bigger. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.
Disliked: The smell which was distributed throughout the hotel - it was supposed to be a nice smell but was at times too intense. Breakfast was nice and had lots of sweet pastries, but we don’t like to drink from paper cups and eat from paper plates, the stack of pancakes looked good but were cold, as were the hard boiled eggs. We liked the fresh fruit.
Liked: Quick overnight on way to bergamot airport local area nice
Disliked: Small room. The rooms facing the street have a lot of noise.
And excellent hotel:)
Liked: Super-friendly staff, an excellent breakfast and clean rooms. We highly recommend this hotel:)
